Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your request to return is received and the software download status is verified, we will send you an email to notify you if the refund is approved or rejected. Note: once software is downloaded by clicking a ‘download link’ either on the purchase web page or in post-purchase email the software is deemed as ‘opened’ and no refund is possible.
If your refund request is valid it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original purchase method within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If, after 7 days from confirmation of a refund, you haven’t received a refund:
a) Check your PayPal, Credit Card Statement or Bank Account again.
